From the careful selection of the finest wine glasses, to the
purposeful selection of dishiest waitrons, everything shows
remarkable attention to detail. Every item on the menu is
accompanied by a smile from the staff - a smile put there by
genuine heart felt friendliness and not plastic surgery. Paranga
manages to combine maturity of fine food effortlessly with the
unashamed exuberance of youthful in your face attitude. Simply
put, it’s got both culinary grace and gusto. Paranga’s
multilevel layout offers unrivalled views of the ocean and the

The natural, sandy colours of the interior contrast
spectacularly with the bright hues of hand blown vases and
candle holders, but ultimately it is the personalities and
character of the cosmopolitan crowd that add the real colour.

accomplished waitrons that serve the food, the cuisine combines
bold flavours and stunning presentation. The bar is highly
popular for after-work drinks where the setting sun bears
