Restaurant serves food fit for royalty. Baran has created a new
dining experience and Cape Town’s most talked about dinner
theatre restaurant.
The Baran's experience starts at the ground floor Coffee Shop
with extensive Mediterranean light food selections served from
breakfast to late afternoon meals. You can also enjoy a Hookah
pipe with various flavours to choose from. |
The main restaurant is located on the first floor and has a wrap
around balcony that is the perfect setting for a meal or drinks
as you soak up the atmosphere of the bustling Greenmarket Square
below and the fantastic views of world famous Table Mountain.
The menu is a gastronomic treat for all food lovers with a
selection of authentic Kurdish cuisine and some local
favourites.
With an extensive wine list and an intimate cocktail bar, you
will find that perfect drink to accompany your dining
experience. Sisha is also available in the restaurant and is the
perfect way to round of a feast from the middle east |

Barans Theatre Restaurant each night. With a calendar that is
jammed packed with local and international entertainment, this

Performances cost from R50 to R75 with an OPTION for the show
and the 3-course halaal buffet including a variety of mezes,
home-made naan bread, lamb, chicken & seafood slow cooked in
clay pots and middle eastern desert platter. (baklawa, sutlach,
etc.) for R150. |

Travelling up Adderley Street (away from the Foreshore), the
road will make a sharp bend to the right, at which point it will
become Wale Street. Then turn right into Burg Street (The first
road to your right after the road becomes Wale Street), and
continue until you reach the Shortmarket Street T Junction
(Greenmarket Square will be straight ahead). Barans will be on
your left.
